1. Membership Plan Payments
When you register for a paid alumni membership, your payment supports ongoing alumni services, event coordination, digital platforms, networking activities, and student-alumni engagement.
Refund Eligibility:
- Non-Refundable by Default: All payments made towards membership plans are non-refundable unless there has been a duplicate charge or a verifiable technical issue.
- Duplicate or Accidental Payments: If you believe you were charged multiple times or in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction to review your case.
- Failure to Access Membership Benefits: If technical issues prevent access to paid features and cannot be resolved within 14 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to review.
